INFORMAL EMAIL

OPTION 1: An English-speaking friend wants to spend a two-week holiday in your region (Girona, Pla de l'Estany) and has written asking for information and advice. Write a letter to him/her. 

Hi Magui,

How are things? We are writing because we'd like to invite you to spend a two-week holiday in our region, Banyoles.

We decided to ask you, because we miss you and we believe that we should spend time together.

In our village there are a lot of things to visit. For example, there is a lake where people swim and practise a lot of sports, such as kayak, rowing, canoeing. 

The other reason why you must come here is the weather. Seldom the weather isn't good and, so the temperatures are high (24ºC). 

The restaurants in here, are very good and the food too. Usually the people go to restaurants with her family.

The typical food is pasta and meat. For example If children go a restaurant, they will choose pasta. 

And If you come in October, the forecast will be better.
